Privacy & Return Policy

• All Payments are in Advance before the work is taken into process.

• Paid Serviced items not picked up within 15 days upon completion will be sent to the warehouse.

• In case of any loss/damage, Shoe Clinic liability shall not exceed 1 time of the service charge and same will be reimbursed in terms of a credit note till the time articles are with Shoe Clinic. Shoe Clinic is not liable for any loss/damage of items once they have been delivered.

• Any service issue has to be returned to Shoe Clinic within 7 days to resolve after delivery along with the original invoice.

• There are NO REFUNDS on any/all repairs, cleaning, alterations, dyeing, stretching, etc. ALL PROCEDURES ARE FINAL SALE. All work performed cannot be undone and returned to its original state.

• Color matching/Stain removal can be up to 70 to 75%. NO 100% GUARANTEE.

• We cannot guarantee that all services performed will meet item(s) original condition but we will do our best.

• Colors we use for color restoration/dye are branded. But if the item is worn in the rain or comes in contact with water, the color may come off and/or bleed onto a material. Also, Shoe Clinic does not guarantee the color match in case of color restoration/dye exactly to the given swatch.

• Unpaid Serviced items uncollected within 15 days upon completion, Merchandise is subject to resale to recoup repair costs.

• Breaks and skin lines may become more apparent upon cleaning.

• Shoe Clinic is not responsible if any material/leather leaves its color on other materials of the item upon cleaning.

• Any pre-existing embossing/brand logo may fade or be no longer visible after cleaning.

• Shoe stretching may cause wrinkles/change the shape of the shoe.
